Investing in real estate is the most important thing anyone can do for their future.  I like to tell my customers that Monopoly is real!  It's the single greatest wealth builder in the world!  Thinking of real estate in terms of investing instead of just buying a house allows you to think of the bigger picture. I like to help people build their personal wealth by making good choices.  I can help with location, local knowledge of the area, what the politics might be doing to influence an area, quality amenities, as well as detractions, etc.  Anyone can be a Realtor, but not everyone can have the knowledge that comes from over 24 years experience that I can put to work for you.

I have been with Re/Max of Boulder, Inc for 23 years and belong to the Hall of Fame.  But what this really means to you, is that I know how to find the properties you want, I have the negotiating skills to get the property you want, even when competing (mostly) and I can make the transaction smooth and fun.
